About the Speaker:

Known as The Amino Acid Lady and a passionate hypnotherapist, Shelly Jo helps individuals overcome life’s challenges through science-backed amino acid therapy, nutrition, and hypnotherapy. Inspired by her daughter's recovery from meth addiction, Shelly Jo has transformed thousands of lives by helping people "feel normal" again.

Her Utah-based Hypno Aminos Nutritional Supplements have helped over 30k+ people worldwide by boosting neurotransmitters like serotonin, endorphins, and dopamine, alleviating cravings, anxiety, and depression. These award-winning products have gained recognition in multiple holistic health and innovation categories.

Shelly Jo is a Certified Hypnotherapist, Certified Addiction, Recovery, and Mental Health Nutrition Coach, and Chairperson of the Alliance for Addiction Solutions. She has authored bestselling books Feed Your Brain, Change Your Life, and From Crazy to Calm, offering practical steps for improving mental and emotional well-being.

With nearly a decade of experience, she speaks at conferences such as Hypnothoughts Live and Heartland Hypnosis and recently launched an online Certified Hypnotherapy School (CHS) to train future practitioners.

When not working, Shelly Jo enjoys skiing, dancing, traveling, and spending time with her grandchildren in Utah, where she proudly answers to “Grama Shelly.”
